Celebrate National Parks on Their 100th Anniversary

From Creation Justice Ministries (http://www.creationjustice.org/):

On August 25, 1916, President Woodrow Wilson created the National Park Service “to conserve the scenery and the natural and historic National parkobjects and the wild life therein and to provide for the enjoyment of the same in such manner and by such means as will leave them unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations.”

National parks and monuments are some of the best places to experience God’s creation. They also hold our nation’s collective memory, as they interpret our shared history. Our National Parks are worth celebrating, and the National Park Service is providing opportunities to recognize its Centennial throughout 2016. You will also find Christian education and prayer resources, as well as Creation Justice Ministries’ vision for the next 100 years of National Parks.
