Just In: 13 More Pennsylvania Counties to Move to Yellow Phase of Reopening on May 15

More will be posted when more is known. Here are the counties to be moved from red to yellow in Pennsylvania:

• Allegheny
• Armstrong
• Bedford
• Blair
• Butler
• Cambria
• Fayette
• Fulton
• Greene
• Indiana
• Somerset
• Washington
• Westmoreland

The changes will take effect at 12:01 a.m. on May 15.
